Hi, I’m Kaci, and I believe healing happens in connection.

Therapy, to me, is all about the relationship we build together. Techniques matter, and I’ll bring plenty of them, but they only work inside a space that feels genuinely safe: safe enough to be honest, safe enough to be uncertain, safe enough to bring the parts of your story you usually keep out of view.

Trauma and PTSD are my specialty, and I’ve spent my career training in the approaches with the strongest evidence for healing them. EMDR is first among those, alongside somatic and attachment-based work. I’m just as at home supporting anxiety, depression and mood disorders, grief, self-esteem, body image, and women’s issues.

My style is warm, collaborative, and holistic. We’ll pay attention to your thoughts and your story, and also to your body, your relationships, and the nervous system that’s been working overtime to keep you safe. A lot of our work will simply be learning to feel your feelings without being swept away by them.

My practice is an affirming home for LGBTQ+ clients, single parents, and people who’ve felt dismissed by healthcare before. Wherever you come from and whatever you carry, you’ll be met here with respect and genuine care.

Vulnerability is brave

Walking into a stranger's office and telling the truth about your life takes courage. I don't take that lightly, and you'll never be rushed or judged here.

You're the expert on you

I bring training and tools; you bring a lifetime of self-knowledge. Therapy works when it's a collaboration, not a prescription.

The whole person, always

Your sleep, relationships, culture, and history all matter here. You're more than a diagnosis.
